We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. No refunds within 24 hours, and cancellations must be confirmed by speaking directly to us. Late arrivals, no-shows, or appearing intoxicated will result in a forfeited reservation without refund.
A refundable $500 damage deposit is required. This will be placed on your credit or debit card and refunded after your ride, provided the watercraft is undamaged.
You may explore within the boundaries of the Cumberland River Dam at Old Hickory Lake, but must return to the dock by your scheduled time.
